Who We Are

Michael Hülser is a lawyer and has been advising his clients for more than 20 years with respect to their legal and tax questions. He focuses on companies and their founders  in the establishment, growth and daily business of their enterprises as well as private individuals with regarding legal and tax questions in connection with their wealth and asset management. Michael worked with a mid-sized tax and audit firm before he established his own law and tax consultancy in 1996. In addition to German and international companies and individuals his clients include public authorities as well as organisations that are active in in public policy research and media consulting. Michael studied law in Bochum, Mainz, Bonn and Berlin and was admitted to the bar in 1994. He speaks German and English.

Christoph Munte is a lawyer and tax advisor and has been providing legal and tax advice to national and international companies as well as high net worth individuals. His work focuses on financings, real estate transactions and the establishment of tax efficient asset management structures. Christoph gained his experience in German and international tax and legal advice through his work with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and several international private equity companies. Christoph studied law in Berlin, has been admitted to the bar in 2001 and became a certified tax adviser in 2004. He speaks German and English.
